In-Network Insurances (Directly Billed by Dr. Dreyer):

Medicare (Please note: As of April 1, 2025, Medicare will require our initial meeting to be in person, and if we continue working together, we will be required to meet in person once a year for the duration of treatment.)

All Other Insurance Plans:

If you do not have out-of-network benefits and you are unable to find a provider on your insurance panel who can meet your needs, contact your insurance company and ask if they will set up a "single-case agreement" with me.

If you have out-of-network benefits from your insurance plan, I will fill out forms and help you to get the benefits your insurance company provides. Because I am not a member of your insurance provider panel, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of my fees at the time of service (please see "Good Faith Estimate"). If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, it is very important that you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers and if they require pre-authorization of services from an out-of-network provider. I will also provide invoices and/or receipts that you may submit to your insurance company

Flexible Spending Plans:

If you have a flexible spending plan for health expenses through your employer, please contact your plan to find out exactly what information they require from me to reimburse you.
